Subscription and payment terms: - Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your plan - Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle - Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice - Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase - Late payments may result in service suspension - You are responsible for all taxes and fees All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

As a user of EduManage, you agree to: - Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials - Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws - Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise security - Not upload malicious software or harmful content - Respect intellectual property rights - Report any security vulnerabilities immediately Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content and materials on EduManage are protected: - EduManage owns all platform code, design, and features - School-generated content remains the property of the school - You grant us a license to host and process your data - Trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property - Unauthorized use of our IP is strictly prohibited You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties: - We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service - We are not liable for data loss (maintain your own backups) - Third-party integrations are provided without warranty - We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes - AI features may contain inaccuracies Use of the service is at your own risk.

Our liability is limited as follows: - Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months - We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages - We are not responsible for third-party service failures - Force majeure events excuse performance obligations Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Terms regarding account termination: - You may cancel your subscription at any time - We may terminate accounts for terms violations - Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data - We reserve the right to modify these terms - Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance - Material changes will be communicated via email Termination does not waive obligations incurred before termination.
